Whether you’re starting with a new puppy, preparing a working or service dog, or working through more serious behavioral challenges — the way you train truly matters.

At Canine Karma Training NJ, I provide personalized, relationship-based dog training based in Asbury Park, New Jersey, and serving nearby communities throughout Monmouth County.

My approach blends clear structure with trust and communication, helping both dogs and their people build confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of one another.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training. Every dog is different, and I meet you where you are — guiding you with practical tools, honest support, and a focus on real-life results.

From puppy training and basic obedience to behavior modification and service dog development, my goal is simple: to help you and your dog build a relationship that works in the real world.

Because when the relationship is strong, everything else starts to fall into place.

Hi! I’m Tatyana!

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in veterinary medicine, animal care, canine nutrition, and professional dog training, I bring a deeply informed, whole-dog approach to every client I work with.

As a former veterinary technician, I’ve cared for dogs at every stage of life — from routine wellness to critical medical cases. That background shapes how I train today: with a strong focus on health, behavior, and overall well-being, not just obedience.

Based in Asbury Park, New Jersey and serving surrounding Monmouth County communities, I help dogs and their owners build calm, confident, and deeply connected relationships through personalized dog training.

I work with all dogs — from high-energy puppies needing structure and guidance, to more complex behavioral cases involving reactivity, anxiety, fear, or aggression. My approach is relationship-based and rooted in canine psychology, with a focus on clear, consistent communication your dog can truly understand.

So many behavior challenges come from simple miscommunication. When we improve clarity, trust, and structure, behavior begins to change in a natural and lasting way.

When your dog truly understands you, obedience becomes something they want to offer. Behavior improves, stress decreases, and your relationship grows stronger without ever taking away your dog’s personality, spirit, or joy.

"The goal is not to simply teach dogs, but to educate the humans that own them."
