Who? What? Where? Why?
After dedicating over six years to the veterinary industry, my decision to pursue a career in dog training was catalyzed by the profound loss of my beloved pitbull, Bu. Bu was taken from me far too soon by the aggressive onset of multicentric B-Cell Lymphoma—an unexpected and swift affliction. When I first welcomed Bu into my life, I was unprepared for the challenges we would face. True to my nature, I found myself with a puppy suffering from debilitating digestive issues and one of the most severe cases of canine allergies I had ever encountered.
Bu's struggles compelled me to delve deeply into research surrounding nutrition, holistic healing, and canine herbalism, transforming me into an ardent advocate for a balanced, natural approach to canine health. His resilience and our profound bond not only reshaped my understanding of dog ownership but also refined my perspective on the relationship between humans and dogs. Drawing inspiration from the teachings of Canine Karma Training, whose wisdom I followed for years, I realized the immense power of a well-balanced, relationship-based training system. It was through Bu’s challenges and triumphs that I was driven to pursue a career in dog training, with the intent to empower dogs and owners alike to live in harmony, with balance and well-being.
Seven years later, I took a bold step and undertook an intensive apprenticeship in Stafford, Virginia, under the tutelage of the trainers I had long admired. Observing their work, particularly in their competitive sport endeavors, only heightened my respect for their scientifically grounded, results-oriented training philosophy. The knowledge I gained from these exceptional mentors provided me with the confidence to return to New Jersey, equipped to help dogs—especially those at risk of euthanasia—live fulfilling, healthy lives.
In addition to training, I offer holistic nutrition recommendations, ensuring that dogs receive the best possible care to support their overall health. My mission is to help dogs overcome the challenges they face, guiding them toward emotional and physical well-being through evidence-based training methods and nutrition. I aspire to help each dog I work with achieve a balanced existence, built on trust, respect, and understanding.
